Expert Researcher and M&E Strategist Ruba Albream is a Senior Researcher and M&E Consultant with over a decade of experience designing robust MERL frameworks and Theory of Change models for international organizations like UNESCO, USAID, and UNDP. She specializes in producing evidence-based insights across critical sectors, including education, human rights, gender (GTA), and media development. With a Master’s in Psychology, she excels at translating complex data into actionable strategies that ensure efficient program delivery and informed decision-making.
Experienced Field Lead and Curriculum Developer Ruba has extensive field experience across the MENA region, including Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq, where she has led large-scale research teams and managed multi-country assessments. Beyond research, she is a skilled curriculum developer and trainer, creating specialized programs in critical thinking, media literacy, and active citizenship for students and educators. Her work bridges the gap between high-level policy evaluation and practical, community-centered training.
